 Center for Women’s Health at Evergreen provides fertility testing, pre-pregnancy counseling, and genetic testing, as well as fertility evaluation and treatment.

If you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, prenatal testing may be an option to obtain more accurate information about your health and the health of your baby. Prenatal testing is used to discover any genetic disorders that may be passed down to your child, as well as any birth abnormalities that he or she may have. At the Center for Women’s Health at Evergreen, They use Labcorp to perform our prenatal testing.

Infertility

 When a couple is unable to get pregnant despite having regular sexual contact, the Center for Women’s Health at evergreen offers:-

-Michele Deloris, MD

 Dr. Delorit graduated from Oregon Health Sciences University with a medical degree in 1995. Her special interests include contraception advice and management, HPV screening, and prenatal care/obstetrics.

-Guoli Hu Johnston, MD

 In 1982, Dr. Johnston received his medical degree from Shandong Medical University. She completed obstetrics and gynecology residencies as well as gynecological oncology courses.

-Amanda Dise, MD

 Dr. Dise received her B.S. in Bioengineering from the University of Washington. She focuses on minimally invasive surgery, laser surgery, and vulvovaginal disorders in addition to basic obstetrics and gynecology.

-Amy Tu, MD

 Since 2004, Dr. Amy Tu has been a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist. She earned her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1998 and her bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont in 2002.

-Bonnie Gong, MD

 Dr. Gong graduated from the University of Vermont School of Medicine and completed her OB/GYN residency at the University of Minnesota in 1990.

-Van Nguyen, MD

 Dr. Nguyen graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences with a medical degree. Since 2012, Dr. Nguyen has become Board certified.

-Shaunie Keys, MD

 Since 1998, Dr. Shaunie Keys has practiced obstetrics and gynecology in Kirkland, both in private medical clinics and as an onsite physician at the center.

-Nicolette Wolters, MD

 Dr. Wolters studied chemistry and psychology at the University of Colorado in Boulder. She obtained a master's degree in public health from the University of Colorado before graduating from the University of Texas.

-Amy L. Records, WHNP

Amy studied at the University of Washington, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2003. She previously worked as a labor and delivery nurse.

-Angie Lewis, WHNP

Angie is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in women's health. She spent 13 years as a labor and delivery nurse at Providence in Everett before becoming a Nurse Practitioner.
