Health Central Women's Care | A Team You Can Trust

About 30 years ago, health central women's care was established. This center is specialized in obstetrics, gynecology, and fertility practice and provides service to women in Fresco, Plano, and Dallas, TX.

In this center, women are being taken care of by a special team of 15 physicians. They are all board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and they are named best doctors by Texas Monthly and D Magazines.

Annual Wellness Exam Service

This exam is done annually as a check-up to discover any possible health concerns before they progress or become serious.

In this exam, the patient gives a complete health history, has her vital signs checked in addition to a suitable physical exam.

Doctors also discuss exercises, diet and check the patient's vaccinations. They also review the birth control methods or the pregnancy plans if needed.

In Health Central Women's Care, EMR (electronic medical record) system is adopted to ensure that the best quality of service is provided.

Obstetrics with Care

As a mom-to-be, Health Central Women's Care provides you with extensive medical care. This is applied to all cases from normal to high-risk pregnancies to create an ideal birth experience.

The center provides sonography, lab tests, and fetal monitoring. Doctors make sure that the patient understands all the changes that happen to her body, how her baby develops and how to accommodate these changes.

Patients with multiple pregnancies, diabetes, obesity, hypertension, advanced age are all high-risk categories in pregnancy and they are offered extreme care for the best outcome.

Infertility Testing and Treatments

Health Central Women's Care offers infertility tests as PCO hormonal tests, ovarian reserve blood tests, ovulation tests, semen analysis, and HSG that identifies tubal blockage and uterine abnormalities.

During infertility treatments, the center's experienced physicians start with the least invasive methods as IUI (Intrauterine insemination) and if it doesn't work, further methods are discussed.

Procedures and Surgeries

In Health Central Women's Care, doctors mainly use minimally invasive procedures. They use the latest laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeries along with their knowledge, skills, and training for the best results.

After surgeries, every woman thinks about when to get back on track. This is why comfort options such as On-Q pumps are used.

The On-Q pump is the most advanced pain relief system used with minimally invasive surgeries.

Telescopic-like instruments are used in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic conditions in hysteroscopy. Hysteroscopy exposes fibroid tumors, polyps and reveals the causes of abdominal uterine bleeding.

Laparoscopic surgeries are least invasive as a tiny incision in the abdomen allows doctors to discover the entire abdomen and pelvis and so allows them to treat fibroids, ovarian cysts, and ectopic pregnancies.

Essure sterilization is a non-surgical office procedure that a woman can use to eliminate the chances of getting pregnant without the use of hormonal methods.

Another minimally invasive operation available in the center is endometrial ablation that controls excessive bleeding by removing a thin layer of the uterine lining.
